In case you host a domain on our cloud web hosting platform and you’ve got a cloud website hosting account, you’ll be able to enable the catch-all feature for any mailbox that you set up under the domain name. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel comes with quite a few functions, but it is unbelievably intuitive, so configuring a catch-all mailbox takes only one click of the mouse. All the email addresses that you have created will be enumerated in this section in alphabetical order and you will only have to click the "Catch-all" button pertaining to the particular address. Our system will alert you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox activated for that domain name or if the one that you would like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either deactivate the latter feature or select another mailbox. Disabling the catch-all option is just as simple and requires one more mouse click on the exact same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all option can be enabled easily in case you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you’ve created with the domain names hosted in your semi-dedicated server account will be displayed in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you will find a tiny symbol conveniently situated directly next to each one of them. With just a mouse click, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your preference provided that there isn't another mailbox under that same domain with the option already enabled and there isn't activated email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate this feature using the contextual menu that will show up. If any of the conditions for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not answered, our system will warn you, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
